Sensual Self-Realisation

Its often said that the aim of spiritual practice is self-realisation – to be conscious of your true Self in every moment.

But this isn’t enough. The question then becomes, “What do I do in a Self-realised state?”

Embodied, sensual, sensory, thinking, desiring, loving, wanting, laughing….

I don’t want to just sit on a yoga mat and meditate! That doesn’t appeal in the slightest.

I want to eat and laugh and tweet and dance and work and play and wear pretty clothes.

I look forward to a Sensual Self-Realisation.
